This boat workout is great to do when you are confined to the boat. If you do not have a practical spot to do pull ups then attach your rings to a halyard and get moving!

5 rounds as fast as possible

10 pull-ups (different grip every round) *ring rows for substitute

15 push-ups

20 air squats
