Welcome to BOAT FIT

Boat Fit is our “gym”. We try to create workouts that are easy to do on the go, in a small space, and minimum or no equipment necessary.

Today I needed some time away from the boat. I brought my towel, found a grassy area, and started moving! 20 minutes is not too long but plenty long enough to get you sweating.

 

Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 Minutes

Boat Fit 12 Burpees

25 Reverse Lunges

40 Plank Shoulder Taps

50 Jumping Jacks
