    Hey Billy:
A quick note to let you know Dale & I are thinking about you. We were with your parents last night and a discussion of your journey has us all thinking about the importance of leading a meaningful and purposeful life. It seems like we are all on our own journey to do so. Your journey is an extreme test of your physical and mental endurance to become a member if a very special group of people that Society refers to as Adventurers. Many of Society’s greatest lessons were the result of the the challenges Adventurers chose to take on as a test of what the human being is possible of. Dale and I look forward to learning from your journey and the insights you gain about what is possible during your adventure.

    Stay well and positive.
    Henry & Dale

Henry, thank you so much. These kind words mean a lot to me. When times get tough I will think of you guys and what it means to be an adventurer.

I was feeling really down last night….knowing that you are out there in the cold, dark night…alone. I needed a distraction and happened upon the Steve Jobs movie. He reminded me of you…unconventional, thinking outside the box, following a dream…pursuing a goal….and struggling…A LOT…Great movie. To bad you don’t have TV (hahaha).

“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. (Steve Jobs)

“you can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something – your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life.” (Steve Jobs)

Billy, This journey, filled with challenges and accomplishments, will not only connect the dots in your future ; it will help you undercover what’s truly important to you to have as the solid foundation to constuct the life you choose to build. It definitely takes time, perseverance , courage and reflection. Please know that you’re never alone when you open yourself the love that’s always inside of you and to the connection sent to you thru this blog & FB.

It’s so important to listen to your intuition to find a warm place to rest- Check out couch surfing or airbnb wherever you u need a break from Tula. ( you never know who you’ll meet & what dots u’ll connect)

Here’s a favorite quote of mine that I relied on during an uncertain, turbulent time in my life – “building the house of belonging is the soul’s commitment to living a passionate life. Your authentic self is the architect. The timbers with which you build your house of belonging are your choices; courage is the foundation stone, patience, perseverance & permission are your bricks faith /intuition is the mortar. May you find peace, inspiration, gratitude & love where ever you build your house of belonging. Take care of Tula & yourself, Dale
