Boat Fit

This workout is great to do while traveling. Minimal equipment and space are required which is perfect!

While in Grenada we found a field and got our sweat on to the workout below.

7-minute AMRAP (As many rounds as possible)

8 x 10 mountain climbers + 2 push-ups

15 x Leg raise with hip raise

15 x Hand release push-up 

15 x Weighted jackknife (we used a rock as a weight :P)

 

rest 2 minutes

 

7-minute AMRAP 

15 x Weighted squat clean and press (same rock) 

15 x Decline Push-ups (normal push-ups for scale)

15 x Straight Leg Dips (bent knees for scale)

24 x Plank to Push-up (12 on each side) 

Repeat both sets!
