This Boat Fit workout is meant to be done on the beach.
Fill your sandbag and mark your 100-meter course (we usually just guesstimate).
Boat Fit
4 rounds as fast as possible
100m run
20 sandbag thrusters (light)
20 pushups
If you have not done a thruster before watch this video to get the technique down.
