Once the wind kicked up, this place turned into an absolute playground…

I don’t know how many people would enjoy a day at the beach in 25 knot winds. For us… it is a magical playground especially in a place like Cape Lookout in the Outer Banks. The nickname for this area of Southern OBX is the Crystal Coast. We continue to truck camp on the beach of this amazing barrier island and take full advantage of the conditions with some wing foiling and Kiteboarding.
