What it is Really Like Living on Trimaran Sailboat…
You all see the pretty sunrise photos, epic sailing videos and highlights of living on a sailboat, but what is it actually like from day to day? Yes, we often have amazing experiences like exploring uninhabited islands, swimming with sharks and discovering hidden surf spots… but at what cost? Our life is exciting, but it can also be boring. Our life is rewarding, but it can also be very challenging.
From sun up to sun down, we bring you through an entire day with us as we navigate boat life. Could you sleep next to your partners feet, bathe in the ocean and make a full blown dinner with one burner stove for weeks at a time? Living on a small trimaran sailboat isn’t for everyone but it has been an awesome experience seeing what it has been like living aboard the Corsair 880 full time!

An excellent overview of life aboard a small sailboat! I have just finished a piece for our sailing club newsletter and our blog about cruising the southern Gulf coast of Florida one Christmas few years ago on our F22 (18′ when unfolded). We always anchored shallow and never beached her overnight. It’s a whole other side of Florida for folks to learn about beyond the amusement parks and beaches.
