Performance Trimaran Sailing and Cruising

As much as we are looking forward to getting our brand new Catamaran, we are currently enjoying the ride our Corsair trimaran provides as we sail down the Florida Coast. We sailed 50 miles in just a few quick hours thanks to the efficiency and speed of the Corsair 880. The shallow draft of this trimaran has also allowed us to anchor in some pretty unique spots where we could never get in another boat. Join us as we rip down the coast, anchor in our own private little anchorage, explore the tunnel of loveeee and enjoy a perfect sunset to ourselves on a desolate beach on Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Our Florida Loop Journey Continues…

As we sail around the Florida Mini Loop, we have stopped in a variety of places along our route. One of those locations being… Sarasota! Sarasota is a great cruising location for anyone wanting to give sailing a go. The bay in Sarasota is wide open and great for boats even with deeper drafts which is hard to beat, not to mention public boat ramps you can dock your boat on if you are needing a quick grocery run or refuel depending on your journey.
